With the painting-by-numbers method, everyone is able to paint pretty pictures by coloring in all pre-drawn and numbered surfaces with colors of the same number. In Schipper's "Masterclass" two new motifs of famous Märklin locomotives were launched in the new panorama format 25x50 cm. The packaging of the 50ies and 60ies showed for the first time painted models, and these dynamic representations served as patterns for the Märklin Painting-by-numbers. The sight of these pictures full of details makes the hearts of nostalgic railway experts leap for joy still today. Self-painted Märklin models are a very special eyecatcher in the hobby room of every model-railway freak.
